An update from Taplow Parish Council, taken from their latest email news. Rectory Road : Icing Following minor accidents on Rectory Road near St Nicolas Church the Parish Council have, in collaboration with County Councillor Dev Dhillon, raised the funding to install a salt bin close to the affected area. The Parish Council will, at its discretion, keep the bin filled with salt but salt spreading will be a matter for the public. The Barn on the Green Following concerns from St Nicolas School, the Parish Council are investigating improvements to the barn on the green, in collaboration with the other joint owners. Defibrillators Taplow Parish Council are looking for suitable places to install defibrillators. Suggestions welcome. Mill Lane: Closure Confirmed

The Parish has received notice that Mill Lane is definitely to close as a through route on 18th November 2016. This is despite considerable representations made by local residents on the matter.
