There are two appeals
Enforcement Notice Appeal by the St. Regis Paper Company Ltd land at Taplow Paper Mill.

The inspector will hear both these at the same time. They will take place at the WAMSDSAD Club House, Braywick Sports Group, Maindenhead, Berkshire 13th Nov at 10am.
If you wish to speak at the inquiry you should be there at 10.00am on the first day.
It would be great if people turned up as it would demonstrate quantity and strength of public interest. However we should not look as if we are a protest group as this is likely to have the reverse effect at this sort of public Inquiry. I would think that a polite, deeply concerned approach would probably be most effective.

At the appeal, which was well attended by Taplow residents, Severnside said that they had found another site in Hillingdon and would be moving from Mill Lane. They were awaiting planning permission from that authority and then they had to go ahead and adapt the new site before they could move sometime in January/February 2008.
The appeal itself has been postponed until March next year. We need to know what the future of the site in Mill Lane might be in the event of Severnside leaving it.
At the appeal in March the inspector decided that all recycling work at the site must cease but gave Severnside until August to stop work.
