I have recently had a letter from Rt Hon Dominic Grieve MP QC regarding the planning approval. In his letter he states "There appears to be an issue of legal and factual controversy over whether the scheme, as approved by the Council, may be in breach of some wider planning considerations".

Further, I have received an email from the case officer for the planning in the Minister of State's department who suggest any representions would be considered. The email address for any correspondence is Mike.Walton@communities.gsi.gov.uk
