New name for the Society
At the AGM on 12th October 2007, the name of the Society was changed from
Hitcham and Taplow Preservation Society to
Hitcham and Taplow Society. The new name reflects the Society's wider interest in all things of benefit to the area.
Conservation Areas
South Bucks District Council have published updated appraisals of the
Taplow Village Conservation Area and the
Taplow Riverside Conservation Area.
The website provides a
forum for everyone interested in the area to air their views on relevant issues.
